Alba Justa Zamora César guarantees that all data collected with your consent are necessary to provide the services you request. Data subjects’ personal data will be processed confidentially and not passed on to third parties, not even at the end of the contractual relationship. The data controller guarantees that the server on which the data will be stored and processed has the security measures established in European and Spanish data protection regulations, preventing alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.

 

Likewise, Alba Justa Zamora César herself processes, with no data processor, the data subjects’ data exclusively to maintain a contractual relationship with them and inform them of the products and services that may interest them.

 

The operations envisaged in the processing are: Ensure the correct management of the services or products requested: (i) management, study and reply to queries and (ii) sending advertising and commercial prospecting by electronic means, about the company, its activities, products and services, and documentation of various kinds related to the COMPANY’s activity.

Alba Justa Zamora César informs you that any data subject may, at any time, exercise the rights recognised in the Data Protection regulations and, in particular, those of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing and portability of their data, according to Articles 13 to 18 LOPD, by writing an email or sending a letter to the addresses stated above, suitably identifying themselves (Ref. Data Protection).
